Alfalfa -Herba yg sgt hebat

Ramai bertanya asal usul alfalfa Shaklee pada saya..disebabkan warna hijau, ramai ingat alfalfa tu rumpai laut/ spirulina. Actually alfalfa Shaklee adalah berasal dair tumbuhan bernama alfalfa. pokok ni mempunya akar yg sgt panjang dan masuk jauh kedalam perut bumi untuk mendapatkan nutrien secukupnya. mcm pokok tongkat ali kan? pokok tongkat ali pun akarnya sgt dlm..payah betul nak cabut. samalah dgn alfalfa ni.

pokok ni dikira sbg pokok herba di US, penduduk peribumi yg jumpa..sbb byk khasiatnya..bertahun2 diamalkan secara tradisional, akhirnya tumbuhan ini dikomersialkan dan diproses bentuk pil. jadilah Alfalfa Shaklee di dalam botol.

If estrogen levels in the body are too high, the estrogen "keys" fill up some of the locks, denying the space to estrogen, thereby reducing estrogenic activity. Because alfalfa may provide some estrogenic activity when the body's hormone levels are low and may compete for estrogen-binding sites when hormone levels are high, alfalfa is said to be hormone balancing.
Both alfalfa sprouts and leaf preparations help lower blood cholesterol levels. The saponins in alfalfa bind to cholesterol and prevent its absorption. Alfalfa also has been studied for its ability to reduce atherosclerosis, or plaque buildup, on the insides of artery walls.
In one study, 15 patients who took an alfalfa seed preparation for eight weeks, without changing diet or exercise levels, had a 17 percent reduction in cholesterol and a significant reduction in LDL ("bad") cholesterol associated with atherosclerosis.
Physicians who practice traditional Ayurvedic medicine (the main system of health care in India) use alfalfa for poor digestion and to relieve the symptoms of arthritis. Other traditional medicine practitioners use alfalfa for anemia and to increase breast milk production in women who have difficulty breastfeeding their infants.
Alfalfa is high in vitamins A and C, niacin, riboflavin, folic acid, and the minerals calcium, magnesium, iron, and potassium. Alfalfa also contains bioflavonoids.

Berita gembira, duka

Lama kan saya tak update blog...rindu tak? hehehe budget mcm blogger hot.

byk perkara berlaku sepanjang menyepi..alhamdulillah, perniagaan online saya sudah menunjukkan hasilnya...berkat usaha doa dan sokongan rakan2..perniagaan shaklee, pakaian muslimah, product kecantikan dan product autumnz mendapat sambutan. takdelah luar biasa, tapi kalua sehari ada satu dua order saya kira rezeki buat saya.

baru bertatih nak berniaga, ada mcm2 peristiwa deal dgn customer. kelakar, peningkepala, yg sempoi pun ada. deal dgn customer lelaki yg nak belikan wife baju nursing..waaa sweet sgt hubby yg belikan baju tuk wife. siap beli set menyusu shaklee tau tuk wife dia. lelaki moden yg tahu kebaikan susu ibu. dia nak beri yg terbaik untuk anaknya. mudah2an semua bapa2 berfikiran begitu.

ok tu cerita pendek bisnes online saya. saya anggap itu berita gembira dari saya

berita duka pula..beberapa minggu lepas abang ipar terlibat dlm kemalangan jln raya di lebuhraya pantai timur. Abang ipar saya tu meninggal ditempat kemalangan tersepit di dalam kereta. seidh dpt berita dari isteri iaitu biras saya, k su. waktu tu saya dlm meeting room, terus sebak dan menangis..tak boelh control. sedang membayangkan betapa berat ujian dari Allah untuk K su. dengan anak2 yg masih kecil.

saya beberapa hari menziarahi keluarga biras saya. sayu hati tgk anak2 saudara yg skrg dah jadi anak yatim. berat mata memandang berat lagi bahu yg memikul. k su saya lihat susut berat badan. mcm2 yg diluahkan k su..saya cuma mampu jadi pendengar, hanya mampu menolong setakat termampu. jika sblm ni arwah abg sham menguruskan beberapa hal dlm rumah..skrg ni segalanya k su yang tanggung. aduhai esok k su mula bekerja...anak2 harus dibawa ke sekolah, nursery dan tadika. moga dipermudahkan urusan k su.

sejak kejadian tu, saya ambil kejadian ni sbg pengajaran berguna buat saya.
1.bertaubat sebelum tiba ajal.
2. berbuat baik dgn pasangan, anak2, dan ibubapa
3. sentiasa mengucap syahadah before melakukan sesuatu.
4. langasaikan hutang piutang dan berwasiat

kita yang pergi mmg sibuk dgn urusan sendiri. tapi org2 yg kita cintai yagn kita tinggalkan jugak sibuk nak menghadapi kehidupan tanpa kita

bertabahlah k su...semoga abg syam ditempatkan di tempat org2 yg beriman. al fatihah

Anak2 ada masalah pembelajaran?

Rata2 ibubapa merungut tentang masalah pembelajaran anak2..ada ygkomplen anak bijak tapi tak fokus..ada yg ckp anak rajin belajar tapi lamabt nak memahami pelajaran. mmg sbgibu bapa pasti akan risau jika anak2 ada masalah sedemikian. Saya sbgseorang ibu juga mmg sgt risaukan performance anak2 saya terutamanya Adam yg sudah ke tadika.  hehe mak zaman sekarang..anak baru umur lima tahun masuk tadika dah risaumcm nak ambik SPM.mmg le risau..skrg ni segalanya serba mencabar dan very competitive..nak masuk sekoah terbaik, nak dapat biasiswa, nak dptkan tempat diuniversiti..anak2 kena jadi all rounder. anak2 akan di desak untuk mencapai objective smapai maximum limit. Sbb tu tak terkejut ramai betul yg dpt berpuluh2puluh A dlm SPM, PMR..hehehe

saya pun mcm mak2 yg lain..sudah ada bayangan masa depan anak2. tp dipertengahan jln, anak2 tak mencapai thp yg kita tetapkan. risau dan frust bukan? tambah pula bila cikgu inform yg anak kita slow sikit kadar pemahamannya compare dgn kawan2. jadi, sementara masih ada masa, jom kita cari jln, petua, tips dari pakar untuk mengeluarkan potensi yg ada dlm diri anak. pemakanan menjadi faktor penting untuk anak yg sihat dan bijak. Sarapan pagi sgt penting untuk meningkatkan tumpuan dan metabolisme anak2. jadi pagi2 kenalah rajin sket at least tuang kokocrunch dalam susu..hehehe tu breakfast adam boleh dikatakan setiap pagi. maaflah mami sibuk..itu yg terbaik dan termampu mami sediakan.

Selain itu, saya juga ada dapat recoemndation utk beri omega3 pada anak2. Rakan Shaklee recommend Omega Guard. suplemen yg penting untuk otak. Saya kurang yakin, harus buat research sebelum decide untuk beri pada Adam. Omega guard saya ambil untuk diri snediri sahaja...untuk kesihatan jantung dan elakkan kanser.

Rupanya benar, selain elok dimkn oleh wanita mengandung untuk perkembangan otak janin, Omega guard elok diberi pada anak2.
